Build value-focused selling into the whole organisation, with a pipeline based on concrete signs instead of gut feeling.
Industry & manufacturing, IT & software, services & consulting, wholesale, logistics, energy – the AI is adapted to your market, customers and terminology.
We build the solution directly into the platform you already use, such as Claude or ChatGPT – not yet another system to log into.
We configure the AI solution with your input, data, and differentiation—and test and optimise it.
We equip your employees to use the agent in daily sales from day one.
Ongoing help using the AI solution so it becomes a habit, not a one-off experiment.
We gather improvements and new needs and expand the solution as you grow.

The book by Michael Raahauge explains the philosophy and the tools behind every agent in ValueShiftAI – Value-Focused Selling, Co-Creation, Episode Mapping and how to turn hidden value into concrete economic figures.
It starts with finding the right companies.
Leadfinder identifies new prospects in your market based on criteria relevant to your business. It gives salespeople a more focused pipeline and helps them spend time on the companies with the greatest potential.
Once the right companies are found, the salesperson needs to know why the customer should choose you.
The AI identifies what makes your solution different—your strengths, processes, capabilities, and what you offer that competitors do not provide in the same way.
It is not simply about identifying features, but about translating differences into tangible customer value.
A company rarely buys through one person alone.
The AI helps the salesperson identify the people who influence the decision—for example, management, finance, procurement, operations, compliance, or the employees who will use the solution every day.
The salesperson gains an understanding of who should be involved, what matters to each stakeholder, and when they should enter the process.
When the customer dialogue begins, ISLO helps the salesperson uncover what truly matters.
Insight · Ask · Listen · Observe
The AI helps the salesperson bring relevant insights into the dialogue, ask the right questions, and listen for both what the customer says—and what remains unsaid.
The aim is not merely to identify a need, but to understand the customer’s situation, problems, consequences, and opportunities.
Once the customer’s needs and problems are understood, the AI helps quantify the value.
This turns “good service”, “high quality”, or “lower risk” into something the customer can understand financially.
The AI then helps assess whether the sales opportunity is genuine.
This means the pipeline is based not only on the salesperson’s intuition, but on concrete signs that the customer is moving towards a decision.
Finally, Episode Mapping helps plan the path towards the agreement.
The AI provides an overview of the most important steps and touchpoints in the sales process:
This turns the sales process from a series of random follow-ups into a planned path towards a decision.
All seven steps work together in one AI built on your own data, customers, methods, market, and strategy.
This means the salesperson does not receive generic standard answers. The AI understands your reality, selects the relevant method, and guides the salesperson to the next concrete step in the specific sales situation.

Value-Focused Sales AI is one integrated solution that supports salespeople throughout the sales process—from finding relevant leads to understanding customer needs, documenting value, and moving the sale towards a decision.
Seven specialised AI agents work behind the solution, collaborating and sharing relevant knowledge.
Value-Focused Sales moves the dialogue from product and price to the total business value the customer can achieve.
The method helps the salesperson understand the customer’s situation, needs, risks, and financial consequences. It shows how a solution can improve the customer’s business through lower risk, greater reliability, better planning, lower costs, or new opportunities.
Michael Raahauge developed the method based on more than 30 years of experience in sales, management, and business development. He has been an external lecturer at Aarhus University for 20 years and has worked on the development of salespeople, leaders, and companies.
Michael also participates in Aalborg University Business School’s research project on the Value-Focused Business Philosophy and is an external member of its employer panel for Business Administration.
The method has been used in work with a number of Danish and international companies. Specific company references are available by agreement.
Value-Focused Sales AI combines the method with artificial intelligence, guiding the salesperson in daily work and adapting support to the company’s customers, market, strategy, and sales situation.
The AI helps the salesperson uncover the customer’s problems, risks, and business consequences.
The dialogue therefore moves from price to the total value the solution creates – for example through greater reliability, lower risk, better planning, less administration, and new opportunities.
The goal is for the customer not only to ask: “What does it cost?” but also: “What total value does the solution create for our business?”
The solution consists of seven specialised AI agents that work together and share relevant knowledge.
Each agent supports a specific part of the sales process:
The salesperson experiences them as one integrated solution and does not need to select the right agent.
No. The salesperson simply describes where the customer is in the sales process and what support is needed.
The AI solution then identifies the relevant method and guides the salesperson forward. No special commands or technical workflows are required.
Yes. The solution is built around your company, market, customers, products, methods, strategy, and differentiation.
Its answers are therefore based on your reality rather than generic advice. The better the AI understands your business, the more relevant its support becomes.
No. The AI supports preparation, analysis, and structure, but never evaluates the customer on the salesperson’s behalf.
Professional judgement and the human relationship continue to guide the sales process. Assumptions are clearly marked and must be validated with the customer.
The AI makes the salesperson sharper but never replaces the relationship.
